1. I am in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar,.. how can I buy?
Currently we only offer shipping to UAE, if you would like to place an order and ship outside UAE please contact us for assistance. Also we only accept orders from 1 kilos (1000 grams) shipping outside UAE.
2. How long is the shipping time to UAE?
Preparation time will be from 1 - 3 working days, shipping time will be from 3 - 5 working days.
3. Do you offer wholesale?
We do offer wholesale, for wholesale orders please contact us for the best price.
4. I don't have Paypal, how do I pay?
You can use alternative payment methods such as credit card, wire transfer, Western Union or MoneyGram
5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order after 24 hours if you don't want to buy it anymore, the money will be automatically refunded to you if you paid via Paypal or MoneyGram or Western Union.
6. How do I return an item?
In any case, you are required to receive the goods, then if there is any problem, you need to contact us first, we will guide you to send the goods back safely.
7. When can I get a discount?
Our discounts are offered every Friday, depending on the products, they will be discounted from 10% - 50%
8. I am not satisfied with my order
If you are not satisfied with the goods, please let us know, contact us then explain your problem clearly, we will fix it.
9. Are you sure customs will pass?
We have experience in sending goods to UAE, you can rest assured about it.
10. Can I change my order?
If you order by mistake, or want to change any product in your order, let us know, we will change it and send it to you.
