🏦 Bank Deposit / Manual Transfer Instructions

If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: At CHECKOUT, select “Bank Deposit” or “Manual Payment” as your payment option.
  2. Step 2: Transfer the total amount to the following bank account:

  1. Step 3: After completing the transfer, please send your payment confirmation or receipt via email to linh.agarwood.com@gmail.com.
  2. Step 4: Once we confirm your payment, your order will be processed and shipped.

Note: Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank and location.

🛒 PayPal Checkout Instructions

If you prefer to pay via Paypal, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Choose Products and Add to Cart

  • Click “Add to Cart”.
  • Then choose “Checkout”.

Step 2: Enter Shipping Information

  • Enter your address, phone number, and country (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.).
  • Select your preferred shipping method (Standard / Express).

Step 3: Select PayPal as the Payment Method

  • In the “Payment Method” section, select PayPal.
  • The system will redirect you to a secure PayPal login page.

Step 4: Log in to PayPal and Confirm Payment

  • Enter your PayPal email and password (or choose “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” if you don’t have an account).
  • Review the total amount and currency (AED, SAR, USD, etc.).
  • Click Pay Now to complete the payment.

Step 5: Complete and Receive Order Confirmation

  • After successful payment, you’ll be redirected to the “Order Confirmation” page on the website.
  • Shopify and PayPal will both send confirmation emails for your order and payment.
